It’s been a less-intense but as-informative few weeks here at the Herald, and I’m getting ever so slightly more comfortable with what I’m doing here. This does not in any way mean I’m good at it, but that’s why I’m here after all. I’m shifting my hours from 10-6 to 2-10pm, so we’ll see what interesting things come before my lens.


I’m taking advantage of the pool lenses at the Herald by taking out the 600 f/4 whenever I need it and often when I really don’t need it. I’m a long lens guy, why not?


In short, I’m working my butt off at the Herald and loving it.
